About SeeChange Innovative
An IT solutions and consultancy company, incorporated in 2024 to build software carefully and support it for the long term.
Who we are
SeeChange Innovative (Private) Limited is a software development and IT consultancy company. We help organisations plan, build, test and run the systems they depend on, and we provide outsourced IT and telecommunication services to clients in Pakistan and abroad.
The company was incorporated on 27 June 2024 under the Companies Act, 2017, and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and the Federal Board of Revenue.
Our name describes what we do: help clients see the change they need, then deliver it in steps they can check.
Leadership
The company is managed by its board of directors.
Aqsa Mumtaz
Chief Executive Officer
Leads the company's direction, client relationships and delivery across the Muzaffarabad and Lahore offices.
Adil Rafique
Director
Oversees business operations and governance as a member of the board of directors.
We would rather deliver a smaller system that works than a larger one that nobody can maintain.
What guides our work
Written before built
Every engagement starts with agreed, written requirements. It is the cheapest place to find a mistake.
Quality is planned
Test plans are drafted alongside the design, so quality is measured throughout rather than inspected at the end.
Clients own their systems
Source code, documentation and credentials are handed over in full. You are never locked in to us.
Current, not fashionable
Our research work lets us adopt new technology when it is proven, and explain why when it is not yet.
